Our Shipping Process

How does our ordering/shipping process work?

1. Once your order is placed with us, we contact our supplier to order the product to our warehouse. The customer is notified when the product is shipped to our warehouse.

2.  Once the product arrives at our warehouse, it is inspected for any damage. The customer is notified of the arrival of the product

3.  Once the product is assessed, it is sent to the customer's address with tracking provided.

How do I check the status of my order?

1. When your order is shipped from our supplier, and when it arrives at our warehouse, you will be notified via email. 

2. When your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received any shipping correspondence within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
